As part of the process, every candidate completes a hands-on challenge. This could range from planning exercises to technical tasks, depending on the role. We use these challenges to reflect the real work you’d be doing at Zero Point Motion.

A conversation with the hiring manager (often our CEO), focused on both the technical and interpersonal skills needed for the role.Stage 2: Tech Challenge
